WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
This role calls for a high-performing, relationship-driven individual with a unique blend of personality, mindset, and operational expertise. You bring a deep understanding of sport culture, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are passionate about elevating athlete experiences through exceptional service.
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Marketing or a related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
- 5+ years of experience in athlete or talent services, sports marketing, or high-touch client relations preferred
- Deep understanding of athlete culture, footwear/apparel industry, and sport performance needs
- Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and service-driven mindset
- Experience managing product lifecycles, inventory, or account systems highly preferred
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
- Flexible to travel estimate 25%
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As Lead Rep of Top 10 athlete Services, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our top 10 to 15 Jordan-contracted athletes — delivering seamless, end-to-end service with excellence and care. Additionally, you manage the full lifecycle of promo footwear needs, coordinating cross-functional partnerships, and ensuring that every athlete interaction reflects the Jordan brand and business strategy.
Athlete Service
- Serve as the primary service lead for Jordan’s top 10 contracted athletes, owning the athlete product needs on and off the court. This is inclusive of, start of season packs, promo/PE FW, equipment, end of season packs, personalized monthly elite packs.
- Deliver proactive, high-touch support to ensure athletes have the right product, at the right time — meeting both performance and lifestyle needs.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external partners to anticipate athlete needs and exceed service expectations.
Product and Inventory Management
- Lead the full promo footwear process: from seasonal planning, design input, and ordering to final delivery.
- Track, manage, and report on athlete inventory — identifying trends to inform future buys and align with brand strategies.
- Manage and organized top 10 athlete product overflow on campus.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Drive kick-off meetings, checkpoints, and timelines across product, development, and marketing teams to ensure Promo/PE athlete needs are met and briefs are delivered on time.
- Partner closely with the Athlete Experience Lead to execute premium and unexpected tunnel walk moments and product storytelling opportunities.
- Collaborate across Jordan Sports Marketing and Nike service function to share best practices and raise the overall bar of the service experience.
Operational Excellence
- Set up and maintain athlete accounts (Aravo, Locker, Elite, etc.) to support seamless product fulfilment.
- Elevate team culture by being a strong teammate, sharing knowledge, and proactively solving problems.
- Contribute to the overall service model reset by identifying and implementing scalable best practices.
- Document and maintain projects and data on Jordan Sports marketing platforms
