8–12+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with strong focus on procurement or enterprise platforms
Deep hands‑on experience with SaaS-based indirect procurement solutions such as Coupa, Ariba, or equivalent platforms
Strong integration experience with backend ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle, or similar
Proven expertise in source‑to‑target data mapping, payload structures, transformations, and multiple integration patterns (API, event‑driven, batch/file, middleware-based)
Experience designing and supporting audit and controls requirements, including ITGC/SOX-style controls and evidence-ready documentation
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, integration architectures, and distributed systems
Experience leading production support, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis for mission‑critical enterprise systems
Proficiency with collaboration and delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucid, or equivalent
Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to make sound technical decisions in complex, ambiguous environments
Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
Ability to collaborate effectively across geographically distributed teams and time zones
Comfort working in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented, global environment
Strong collaboration skills and a growth mindset—curious, adaptable, and motivated by continuous improvement

Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise‑grade Source‑to‑Pay and procurement technology solutions supporting NIKE’s global indirect procurement operations

Define and evolve integration standards, data contracts, mapping strategies, and error‑handling approaches across SaaS and ERP ecosystems
Identify and implement technical controls and support audit and compliance requirements, ensuring systems are audit‑ready with strong documentation and traceability
Own production stability for procurement systems and integrations, including coordination of troubleshooting across internal teams and external vendors
Lead system upgrades and release activities, including analysis of new features, prioritisation with business partners, test planning, execution, and deployment
