The annual base salary for this position ranges from $119,400.00 in our lowest geographic market to $267,500.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.Information about benefits can be found here.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH
As the Lead Product Manager for Customer Master Data at Nike, your role will be pivotal in establishing processes, procedures, and guidelines to drive success within the master data core team. By leveraging new SAP technology in an omnichannel environment, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organizational initiative to enhance our business processes. This initiative is aimed at bolstering our support for our Athletes through SEC implementation. Your primary responsibility involves leading the Customer Master Data team efficiently. You will ensure the team contributes effectively to all functions, enhancing our master data management. This effort is vital for achieving our organizational goals and ensuring the success of the SAP S4 Customer Master implementation and ongoing management, a key aspect of our SEC Data & Reporting capabilities.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A seasoned SAP Customer master Lead Product Manager who should have the following knowledge and experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Sales Management or a combination of relevant education, training, and experience.
- 10 to 12 years of experience in SAP Master Data and Governance, primarily in Customer and Store master area
Technical
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP AFS (Apparel and Footwear Solution), or SAP Retail, with comprehensive understanding of SAP Customer Master business processes.
- Experience with SAP S/4 Fashion and SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) implementation is a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience in leading SAP Customer Master implementations, with the ability to guide and mentor teams effectively.
- Functional design with configuration knowledge in SAP Customer master and hands-on experience in data conversion & data integration is compulsory.
Leadership:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a lead, managing SAP implementation team.
- Strong SAP configuration skills required; ABAP programming knowledge is a plus.
- In-depth understanding of business processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions for sales-related processes.
- Hands-on experience with testing tools and their application in project environments.
- Proven leadership experience in data migration for large-scale implementations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage project teams.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON -
- Oversee the Customer Master Data and governance team, ensuring guidance is provided to product managers, contractors, and developers regarding SAP Customer Master functional changes.
- Lead the SAP master data team through the processes of requirement gathering, design, development, and testing for both functional and technical modifications needed for implementation and ongoing operations.
- Collaborate with Business, Engineering, and Architect teams on requirements related to SAP Customer master, ensuring customer master data is accurately managed.
- Conduct FIT-GAP analyses for SAP Customer Master design requirements, leading the team towards effective solutions.
- Establish and manage processes to integrate master data from various sources, ensuring consistency and accuracy across systems.
- Act as the main coordinator between stakeholders and support functions for all SAP Master Data project phases, including design, development, and testing.
- Provide management with reports on implementation progress and updates, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Facilitate cooperation across different project teams, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed and aligned on project objectives.
- Work with both internal and external parties to address and remove any obstacles during the implementation phase.
- Manage the security processes for Customer Master Data, including access controls to protect sensitive information.
- Handle the data conversion, cleansing, and validation processes for master data-related projects
