WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

As the Lead for Training Brand Marketing, this role collaborates with teammates across Nike to create bold, innovative ways to inspire and connect with athletes* through sport and culture. The position reports directly to the Nike Southeast Asia & India Running & Training Brand Director and partners daily with cross-functional teammates in Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Asia-Pacific Latin America (APLA).

To build integrated plans, this role works closely with internal and external partners across Geography, Territory and City Teams, Brand Marketing, Brand Creative, Integrated Media, Retail Marketing, Digital Marketing, Energy Marketing, Communications, Sports Marketing, Brand Planning & Operations, Marketplace, Merchandising, Sales, Finance, Operations, Legal, and agency/event partners.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Nike is seeking a Lead, Brand Marketing based in Singapore to join the Training Brand Marketing team in Southeast Asia and India (SEA&I). This individual will play a critical role in shaping the future of Nike Training and NikeSKIMS, with extended responsibility for key Running initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of training and wellness communities, emerging trends, and a passion for sport, athletes, and youth culture in SEA&I.

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, consumer marketing, or related fields within sports, consumer brands, digital/streaming platforms, or creative agencies; 2 years additional experience in lieu of a degree.

  • Genuine passion and knowledge for training, wellness, and sport.

  • Ability to think strategically, lead initiatives, manage project teams and timelines, and influence effectively.

  • Strong information-seeking skills with the ability to balance creativity and operational excellence in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

  • A team-first mentality with a commitment to coaching and mentoring others. Deep appreciation for collaboration, cultural nuances, and excellence in people skills.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

In this role, you will partner with Nike Marketing leaders and regional teams to implement Nike Training and NikeSKIMS brand strategies, executing initiatives that elevate consumer engagement and drive business growth. Your responsibilities include project leadership, consumer insights, campaign management, and resource optimization to maximize brand impact.

  • Collaborate with Nike Marketing leaders and the APLA geography team to plan and execute brand strategies for Nike Training and NikeSKIMS.

  • Drive cross-functional execution of seasonal and daily initiatives across territories and cities, focusing on projects that create compelling consumer experiences and boost brand engagement.

  • Gather consumer insights, identify trends and tension points, and integrate these findings into marketing strategies and product initiatives.

  • Oversee the development and distribution of marketing assets across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with brand vision and strategy.

  • Lead the ideation, execution, and measurement of marketing plans and campaigns, including recapping and debriefing results.

  • Build and nurture relationships internally and externally to expand the brand’s cultural influence and foster positive word-of-mouth.

  • Manage the end-to-end marketing process, facilitate collaboration across teams, and deliver inspiring presentations to guide strategic direction.

  • Plan and manage budgets in partnership with the operations team to ensure efficient resource allocation and timely project delivery.

  • Success in this role is measured by improvements in brand strength, consumer engagement, and business growth.
