WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We’re looking for a Logistics Analyst to be an integral part of our Manufacturing Sourcing team, who is passionate about Nike and footwear.

The ideal candidate needs to be a self-starter, a quick learner, a strong communicator, a team player and exhibit leadership skills.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

As our Logistics Analyst, you will be responsible for all the steps involved in getting products from suppliers to distributors. Activities include manage and authorize factories shipments to DC, Coordinate L4L Direct Shipments, Handle B-grade and overrun, organize de shipments schedule with distributors, communicate reports and metrics related, etc.

The role includes accountability on:

  • Manage weekly shipments from FTWR suppliers to DC distributors for Brazil and Argentina.
  • Be the main point of contact for L4L FTWR logistics and guide communication with key stakeholders, sharing clear and accurate information.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot and communicate challenges and opportunities to better serve consumers.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional factory and PMO teams, LatAm and WHQ teams to ensure customer service is in line with NIKE/PMO strategy.
  • Communicate monthly/annual shipment report to NIKE PMO and LatAm

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional PMO teams, Brazil FTWR partners, NIKE LatAm and WHQ team members.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Passion for Logistics Processes and working with multiple teams
  • Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education, experience and training.
  • Experience in logistics with 3+ years in the field.
  • Knowledge of SAP systems is a plus,
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and influence others.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English, Spanish is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and be results-oriented.
  • Strong project management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple assigned tasks at the same time.
  • Strong logical and solution-making skills; must be self-starter.
