WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The Manager, Marketplace Supply Chain (MSC), India reports directly to the Senior Manager, Operations, India. This role partners closely with internal teams across Marketplace Supply Chain, Logistics, Commercial (MPU), Finance, Planning, Marketing, and occasionally Legal & Compliance. Externally, this role engages with customers, partners, and Nike service providers, as well as Nike Managed Partner businesses (Mono and Multi-brand) to manage the order book and supply chain for Nike Footwear, Apparel, and Equipment. The ideal candidate will also collaborate with stakeholders across SEA&I, Asia Pacific, and Latin America.

The ideal candidate brings a passion for Nike products, deep supply chain expertise, omni-channel retail knowledge, and strong project management skills. They thrive in building high-performing teams, driving process improvements, engaging customers, and making data-driven decisions.
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field and at least 10 years of industry experience in supply chain operations.
Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams across functions and organizational levels.
Customer-facing experience with the ability to develop productive internal and external relationships.
Strategic and forward-thinking, with excellent time management skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and influence across a complex matrix in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
Operate independently with minimal guidance, demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, and applies innovative perspectives.
Advanced supply chain, wholesale, and digital fulfillment experience, with a solid understanding of e-commerce operations and an omni-channel mindset.
Demonstrated project management and process improvement capabilities, including challenging the status quo.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
Strong data analysis skills (Excel) with the ability to interpret information for sound decision-making.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll be part of the India Supply Chain Operations team, where your mission is to elevate services for Nike consumers. You’ll maximize inventory productivity by collaborating with Nike India cross-functional teams, retail partners, and local service providers—ensuring the right product reaches the right place at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the focal point and country lead for MSC within the India market.
Lead, coach, mentor, and empower the India MSC team, taking full accountability for team performance and results.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages well-reasoned risk-taking, embraces inclusion, and champions diversity.
Inspire and communicate the organization’s vision in a relatable way, helping the team see what’s possible and how their contributions make a meaningful impact.
Drive strategic alignment of team priorities with organizational objectives and proactively align critical resources to enable cross-functional success.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring order book fulfillment and operational standards are consistently executed.
Drive seasonal execution with speed and agility, keeping the India marketplace inventory clean and healthy.
Communicate and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and business goals to the India MSC team, motivating them to deliver exceptional service.
Use business insights and demonstrate commercial acumen to identify growth opportunities and drive performance.
Lead and manage complex cross-functional supply chain projects that support Nike India’s growth and expansion.
Drive the implementation of new supply chain connections and capabilities, focusing on expanding the retail network (online and offline) and improving consumer experiences.
Partner with your team to identify continuous improvement opportunities, integrated operations, and process optimization.
