WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are searching for a Full Stack Engineering Manager with advanced AI skills to lead and oversee a diverse team of engineers, including Leads, SWE I, SWE II, and SWE III. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the SDLC lifecycle and a proven ability to architect, develop, and deploy scalable solutions using Databricks, Generative AI, and Agentic AI frameworks. You will empower your team to build innovative applications and foster an environment of continuous learning and collaboration. WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
Manage and guide a team of engineers at multiple levels (Lead, SWE I, SWE II, SWE III), supporting their growth and performance.
Oversee the development and integration of full stack solutions, including front-end, back-end, and data engineering components.
Drive the architecture and implementation of AI-powered features using Databricks, Generative AI models, and Agentic AI frameworks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute opportunities for automation and intelligent business systems.
Champion best practices in software engineering and AI integration, mentoring engineers across the team.
Ensure the security, scalability, and high performance of deployed applications.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
Experience leading engineering teams across multiple levels, preferably in environments utilizing Databricks and advanced AI technologies/platforms.
Demonstrate strategic prioritization and platform reuse mindset.
Drive cross-functional execution across platform/data/security/product.
Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, with hands-on expertise in full stack development.
Proficiency in architecting and deploying solutions leveraging Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks, including strong AI quality culture: evals, guardrails, observability, regression validation.
Knowledge of LLMOps, MLOps, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines with keen focus on operational excellence and production ownership.
A thought leadership mindset in security/governance/access-control.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
Minimum 7 years of relevant full stack engineering experience.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
