WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll be part of Nike’s Visual Merchandising & Styling (VMS) team—creators of bold, brand‑defining retail experiences across the marketplace. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, and key wholesale accounts. You’ll lead internal teammates, guide external agencies, and report into Nike’s VMS leadership.

This athlete thrives at the intersection of brand vision and real‑world execution—someone who can translate seasonal narratives into sharp, scalable, partner‑ready direction. They build trust with partners and cross‑functional teammates, navigate ambiguity with confidence, and elevate every environment they touch. With a deep understanding of retail journeys, they inspire teams, influence without authority, and champion continuous improvement across the marketplace.

You bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, retail, or brand experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • Experience working within wholesale or partner‑driven retail environments
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Ability to work in Beaverton, OR

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll shape how Nike shows up across key wholesale partners by driving the seasonal visual strategy, elevating execution, and bringing brand stories to life through styling, product presentation, and partner‑specific directives.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and lead visual merchandising and styling strategy for assigned wholesale partners
  • Translate seasonal brand narratives into partner‑specific visual direction and executional guidance
  • Create retail briefs, directives, and seasonal playbooks that fuel consistent, brand‑right experiences
  • Collaborate with Sales, Integrated Retail Marketing, Brand, Styling, Product, and Operations teams to align assortments, fixtures, and timelines
  • Serve as the primary visual merchandising contact for key partner accounts, building strong relationships with partner retail teams
  • Lead internal teammates and external agencies, establishing ways of working, visit models, and communication rhythms
  • Evaluate execution quality through store visits, reporting, and partner feedback—and drive continuous improvement across tools, processes, and execution models
