WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll be part of Nike’s Global Strategic Finance team, a powerhouse that combines financial expertise with strategic vision to fuel Nike’s long-term growth. This role partners closely with Corporate Strategy, Marketplace, Digital Product, and Investor Relations, reporting into Corporate Finance leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams across the globe. Together, you’ll shape decisions that define the future of sport and innovation.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Nike is looking for a strategic thinker who pairs sharp financial acumen with a passion for creating value. This person thrives in dynamic environments, leads with confidence, and transforms complexity into clarity through rigorous analysis. Success in this role means influencing senior leaders, building trust across diverse teams, and delivering insights that spark action.

The ideal candidate brings a strategic lens and quantitative depth—turning data into recommendations that move the business forward. If you love solving big problems, navigating ambiguity, and making an impact, this is your stage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience; investment banking experience strongly preferred. (Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 6 yrs; Masters + 5-7 yrs; Associates degree + 9 yrs; High School + 10 yrs)
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and strong financial modeling skills
  • Strategic problem-solving ability with comfort navigating ambiguity and driving impact in fast-changing environments
  • Highly collaborative and inclusive partner who builds trust and drives results
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complexity

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll lead strategic and financial analysis that shapes Nike’s long-term marketplace opportunities and investment decisions. Your work will influence business strategy, uncover new models for growth, and deliver insights that matter.
  • Partner with Corporate Strategy, Marketplace, and Digital teams to evaluate growth opportunities
  • Lead financial modeling, forecasting, and trend analysis to support strategic decisions
  • Build and refine processes for evaluating investments and planning resources
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to senior leaders through clear, compelling presentations
  • Assess progress of initiatives and recommend actions to optimize performance
  • Identify marketplace risks and opportunities; lead cross-functional efforts to address them
  • Drive ad-hoc projects from scoping to execution, ensuring analysis translates into impact
