Overview of the Job:

This Role will work with X-function team to understand the customer needs, play the window to connect with internal X functions to fulfill customer's needs and maximize revenue. Co-ordinate the efforts to Business result delivery; Response and fulfill customer needs timely to support business achievement and elevate customer service level.

Key Partnership:

This role needs collaboration with x-functional team across sales, IFP & SR team, DSM, finance and supply chain.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create and maintain orders from customers and inter-company requestors in a timely and accurate manner with the compliance of OM SOP and policies.
  • Communicate with Account for order adjustment, cancellation, and block basing on the latest marketplace status, and execute in system.
  • Track record for data accuracy, RSO status and coordinate with cross function team for issue handling.
  • Optimize report & analysis tools to detect, call out and mitigate risk for drive shipment rate and contribute to marketplace revenue.
  • Make sure order entry in system with 100% accuracy and catch the timeline. Manage account or internal order book to ensure data entry accuracy and on time
  • Responsible for daily interaction and order inquires.
  • Track the progress on the order fulfillment and drive the efforts cross-functionally to maximize coverage and shipment rate.

Functional Skill Required (Hard skills):

  • Bachelor or above
  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience
  • Knowledge in marketplace supply chain, logistics, wholesale partner, order fulfillment, Excel skill. The more the better.
  • Strong learning capabilities, be able to process mass info and knowledge in limited time and produce outputs.
  • Analytical skills which support a result driven approach delivering operational excellence.
  • Basic communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate. Ability to drive clarity to audiences unfamiliar with the subject matter.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work efficiently both independently and in team environments.
