WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will report to the Sports Marketing, Business Director for GOP GTS and support the passionate Sports Marketing teams across these dynamic sports. You’ll also collaborate with the Global Planning & Operations team to drive efficiencies, deliver results and ignite innovation.

- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training

- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to listen actively and respond clearly
- Confidence in engaging with senior executives and high-profile partners across internal and external settings

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and stay focused under pressure
- Resourcefulness and comfort with ambiguity—able to find solutions independently
- Proficiency in tools like Keynote, Excel, Outlook, Box, and Slack
- Experience in the sports industry or at NIKE is a plus
- Genuine passion for sports and the industry at large
- Willingness to travel (0–5%)
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
If this sounds like you, you’ll be a key driver of team success—solving problems, optimizing operations, and delivering high-quality results that make a real impact. This role spans a wide range of responsibilities, from onboarding athletes and business partners to ensuring timely and accurate product delivery. True to NIKE’s spirit of innovation, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to not only execute daily tasks but also enhance processes, increase efficiency, and continuously improve how we support our Sports Marketing team in serving athletes.
- Lead the initial setup for athletes and external business partners (onboarding)
- Monitor product code setup to ensure styles are validated and adopted in the system
- Track delivery timelines and ensure products are in transit as scheduled
- Review compliance and audit reports, resolving issues proactively
- Use tracking tools to follow through on issue resolution and ensure product coverage for athlete servicing
- Conduct reporting analysis and escalate risks as needed
