WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As a Digital Sales Rep, you’ll join a dynamic, cross-functional team that thrives on collaboration and innovation.
You’ll report to a Digital Sales Director and work closely with Nike digital platform (nike.net), sales account, merchandising, marketplace operations, and finance teams. Your role is key in connecting Nike’s digital B2B strategy with account partners, driving growth and elevating the digital partner experience across the marketplace.

Key Qualifications:
Strong understanding of the marketplace and retailer landscape, with the ability to serve retailers effectively using digital tools.
Experience with end-to-end B2B sales processes, including leveraging digital platforms (such as Nike.net) to drive revenue through campaigns and digital sell-in.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn digital tools and platforms (e.g. Nike.net).
Proven skills to work cross-functionally and adapt to change.
Experience in analytics and insights, including applying data science to inform business strategy and provide recommendation is a plus.
Experience in merchandising, including adopting and finalizing product assortments is a plus.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will be support revenue, margin and market share growth across multiple account channels, leveraging Nike.net—Nike’s B2B digital sales platform—as your primary engine for success.
By owning the commercial performance of a portfolio of accounts served exclusively through Nike.net, you will set and achieve revenue and market share targets (Sport x Channel).
Your role centers on end-to-end business management: you will plan, execute, and continuously optimize seasonal assortments, digital campaigns, and partner engagement strategies to maximize results. Through data-driven decision-making and close collaboration with cross-functional teams, you will elevate the digital partner experience and drive sustainable growth.
You’ll be responsible to:
Develop robust business plans for partners, leveraging sport, consumer, brand and marketplace insights to create accurate forecast and scenario plans.
Adopt complete seasonal assortments based on merchandising framework, ensuring seasonal product flow, in-season trading and replenishment to maximize partner results.
Deliver measurable results in net revenue growth, net contribution and market share. You’ll be focused on creating growth through specific Nike.net accounts in line with Sport Led Offense strategy.
Lead and develop account relationships virtually, partnering with Sales leaders (including SSDs) to optimize sell-in, digital engagement, and campaign execution through the lens of Sport, ensuring consumer needs are met across all channels.
Collaborate on digital partner experience at sell-in , and (co-)own the E2E experience for your digital sales platforms – work closely with SSDs, the Nike.net Platform & Experience, GTM teams and x-functional partners (e.g. merch) to bring excellent digital partner sell-in experience to life
Optimize process and drive pre-season revenue through digital sell-in & in season revenue through Nike net AO/ CO campaigns and own select retailer communication through platform.
Obsess how Nike Sport priorities & wholesale Channel priorities come to life in the Digital B2B ecosystem on Nike.net and more broadly in operational service of the account.
