WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
Within Nike’s matrix, the role collaborates with a cross-functional team and partners closely with counterparts in the German Sales team and across European headquarters. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Intersport, AGS, and engages regularly with stakeholders across sales, merchandising, and operations.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Nike is looking for a Sales Representative for the AGS region (Austria, Germany, Switzerland). The role is based in Mainhausen (Frankfurt am Main area) and is closely connected to one of Nike’s key strategic partners, Intersport AGS.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills in English and German, brings a strategic mindset, and has a solid foundation in customer management. An interest in the international sports market and openness to regular travel are essential.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Supporting the Sports offense, you will help drive sustainable growth with one of Nike’s most strategic accounts. You will define and execute sales strategies, monitor customer, competitor, and market dynamics, and translate insights into clear, actionable plans.
You will contribute to research, business development, and sales administration, while supporting the creation of semi-annual account business plans and monthly revenue targets. You will also support the planning and execution of national and international B2B trade shows and help build and maintain strong customer relationships.
By applying strong customer service skills and continuously building product, sport, and marketplace knowledge, you will develop trusted partnerships and contribute to consistent growth and target achievement.
