WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role is part the Jordan Planning team and will collaborate with key functions like Nike Direct/Sales Business Planning, Assortment Planning, Finance, Merchandising, and S&IM to influence and shape both in-season and pre-season ND/Sales business plan. This role reports into the Jordan Business Planning Manager.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a candidate who can influence and shape decisions through sharp data-driven analysis and clear storytelling across the Nike matrix organization. A proactive problem solver who will help optimize Jordan x Channel multi-season business plan, and anticipates risks & opportunities in the marketplace.

Key competencies:

  • Planning Expertise: 3+ years in retail or planning with strong knowledge of retail metrics including Retail Sales, Sell-Through (ST%), Inventory KPIs, Revenues, and Margin.
  • Critical Thinking: Estimate fact-based risks & opportunities, challenge the status quo and suggest resolution paths aligned with Jordan strategy.​
  • Influencing & Collaboration: Deliver clear, insight-driven communication and build strong trust and collaboration across the matrix organization.
  • Problem Solving: Optimize trade-offs and apply market insights that will lead to an effective decision making based on solid assumptions.​
  • Process & Capability Development: Ability to work within and support the creation of new E2E processes, contributing to the unlock of new planning and team capabilities.​

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

In this role, you will drive the rhythm of the game, enable consistent execution, and coordinate sport insights to shape the Jordan x Channel offense with an holistic view of the marketplace (Nike Direct / Sales) — optimizing the multi season business plan by channel/partner/territory. 

Key responsibilities:

• Drive Jordan-focused Gross-To-Net analysis & scenario planning across Channel-MPU (& territories), and Sport:

o Coordinate Sport Insights to influence Stock & Sales Plan and estimate risks & opportunities (R&O across MPUs and Sport)

o Provide key insights to Finance that support Jordan P&L accuracy.

• Drive and influence long range planning:

o Support in reconciling ND/Sales Business Planning forecast with CSR/AOP/Budget across MPU and Sport

o Support in target setting definition, aligning it with Jordan long range planning and Sport insights from the marketplace

• Support the ND/Sales BP x Assortment Planning forecast reconciliation (product vs marketplace R&O) at channel-MPU level 

• Support EBP process: support CODE gates and fiscal moments through the lens of channel/partner & sport

• Drive Consistent Execution: Manage a consistent monthly forecast and seasonal process, and drive reconciliation process to targets
