WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a Senior, Douyin Biz Ops, base in Shanghai.

This role will report to Senior Manger, Douyin Biz Ops, managing Nike’s Douyin Biz. The candidate needs to have passion in and solid experience for social commerce. Sportswear industry experience will be a plus.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You will work with Senior Manger, Douyin  Biz Ops in managing day in & day out operation for Nike’s Douyin Biz.

Your key responsibilities as below:

Business Management:

You will work with the Senior Manager to define and drive social commerce seasonal business plan (including LS assortment, paid media, LS and SFV content, key commercial campaign) and daily operation.

Execution & Operation:

Work closely with external vendor, platform and internal cross functional teams to optimize the LS product assortment and to drive the efficiency of paid media, LS and SFV content, maximizing business opportunity.

Read & React:

Monitor performance at regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) and drive business improvement initiatives.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will work closely with internal cross team including marketing, merchandising, supply chain and etc.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3+ years work experience in China e-commerce industry

  • At least 2 years direct work experience in social commerce business management role

  • Direct experiences in sportswear industry is a plus

  • Bachelors degree and above

  • Experienced in working with cross functional teams in a matrix organization

  • Excellent communication skills, both in English and Chines
