Senior Engineering Manager – NIKE USA INC. - Beaverton, OR. Create, develop and deploy seamless, core User Experiences to Nike’s Digital consumers Scope and Responsibilities; lead a team that builds innovative and scalable solutions for Nike’s Product Platform for footwear, apparel, and equipment across all of Nike’s brands, categories and geographies; coordinate multiple streams of technical and software development work; promote Nike agile culture, new tools and technologies and software development techniques; work on full stack software development environment, from Backend services to Frontend web, iOS, and Android presentations; Hire, build, and grow strong teams through the principles of servant leadership; manage engineering teams, including teams based in the USA and India; work in a Distributed / Cloud-native environment; cultivate a culture of security/privacy by design, and drive DevOps and SRE operations across the teams; deliver methodologies in a fast-paced, complex environment with competing priorities with defined timelines; and coach and mentor technology professionals with high expectations, a collaborative style and a focus on continuous improvement, adaptive risk assessment skills, quality and planning. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S., except from SD, VT, and WV. 

Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering and Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or an engineering-related occupation.
