Senior Manager Sales, Indonesia

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role reports to the Regional Sales Leader based in Nike’s Singapore regional headquarters and is a key member of the regional sales leadership team. The position leads a country sales team and collaborates closely with cross-functional partners across planning, merchandising, marketing, finance, operations, and more. Externally, the role engages with top sales accounts and strategic partners in the country.

The ideal candidate brings deep commercial acumen, marketplace expertise, and a passion for sport. They are a proven leader who can inspire teams, influence cross-functional partners, and build strong relationships with key accounts. This person thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and knows how to turn insights into action. They are a sharp negotiator, a thoughtful coach, and a bold decision-maker who can elevate Nike’s presence in the marketplace.

  • Open to work in Indonesia
  • 10–15 years of experience in sales, retail management, marketing, merchandising, sales operations and/or product
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • Proven success in managing large country, regional or global accounts
  • Strong leadership and influencing capabilities across cross-functional teams

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You’ll lead Nike’s country sales team and drive seasonal and annual sales goals across multiple accounts. You’ll collaborate with internal and external partners to build and execute business strategies, elevate consumer experience, and optimize product flow. You’ll also contribute to regional strategy as part of the sales leadership team.

  • Map, develop, and grow the multi-brand marketplace in Indonesia for the Nike and Jordan brands.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to grow Nike’s brand with top accounts in the country
  • Develop and implement seasonal, annual, and long-term sales plans
  • Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Partner with account buyers and planners to manage inventory and meet seasonal targets
  • Ensure Nike’s brand is powerfully represented in partner environments
  • Collaborate across planning, merchandising, marketing, finance, and operations
  • Actively contribute to regional sales leadership strategy and execution
