Overview of the Job:

·       The role is responsible for setting merchandising strategy, bringing end to end product insight with global and geo counterparts, as well as product sell-in to retailers. Serve GC consumers with the most relevant products to enable Nike’s vision and drive sustainable growth. 

·       Focus on Sportswear Apparel.

Reporting Line:

·       Direct report to Manager, Merchandising, NSP Sportswear Apparel GC

Key Partnership:

·       Consumer merch

·       Assortment planning

·       SSD

·       VMS

·       Account sales / Sell-in & Sell-through

Job Responsibility:

·       Build product assortment for retail concepts in a consumer-centric way.

·       Delivers robust product sell-in to retailers, including sell-in tools preparation, product presentation & sample setup, etc.

·       Explores consumer insights & marketplace trend through creative ways to make art/science balanced assortment decision.

·       Drives in-season product management based on solid weekly sales analysis & consumer insights from retail stores.

·       Evolves store product assortment strategy innovatively based on the fast-changing consumer demand & dynamic marketplace.

·       Coordinate cross Sport assigned project process and deliverables.

Functional Skill Required (Hard skills):

·       GC Consumer and marketplace knowledge

·       Merchandising / buying experience in retail industry

·       Fluent in English

·       Retail and financial acumen

·       Office tools
