WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll join the Global Planning Capabilities team, a group dedicated to driving innovation, process excellence, and capability development across Nike’s supply chain. The team partners closely with Supply Chain Planning & Innovation (SCPI), integrates into the SCPO Offense, and collaborates with Planning, Supply Chain, Technology and Analytics to deliver enterprise solutions and enable new ways of working. You’ll report to Senior Manager Planning Capabilities, Global and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the delivery of new technology, data foundation requirements and dependencies with articulation of process evolution through playbook creation.

We seek a results-driven professional with experience in planning, process design, and capability deployment. The ideal candidate thrives in complex, ambiguous environments, demonstrates strong business acumen, and excels at stakeholder management. You are passionate about driving change, supporting business case development, and contributing to measurable outcomes and adoption. You value diverse perspectives, foster teamwork, and communicate with clarity and influence.
Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
• 5-7 years of experience in planning, supply chain, or capability development.
• Proven experience supporting programs and applying change management skills.
• Experience with process creation, training, and user adoption.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will support the development, deployment, and sustainment of planning capabilities, processes, and playbooks. You’ll contribute to capability innovation, inform investment decisions, and inform business cases with quantifiable value. You’ll partner with SCPI and other functions to ensure successful capability launches, user adoption, and measurable financial impact.
Core Responsibilities:
• Support and contribute to capability conception, development, and deployment across global planning initiatives.
• Partner to shape business processes, including RACI models and visual interaction maps.
• Develop and deliver training plans, user acceptance testing, and change management strategies.
• Contribute and launch playbooks, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement.
• Build stakeholder alignment and inform communications throughout capability lifecycles.
• Track and report on adoption, outcomes and performance indicators.
• Support stabilization journey of capabilities, processes, and playbooks post-launch.
• Align work to planning functional strategy and support roadmap execution
• Partner on cross-functional alignment and transparency from idea to value delivery.
