WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will be responsible for working closely with Engineering teams, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., other Product Managers, Business leads, Domain leads, HR/Finance), and facilitating decision-making across priorities with Portfolio Management. You will work with our business product management teams within Supply Chain Teams to understand the needs and aspirations of both our Nike consumers and Nike planners.

We seek a visionary Senior Product Manager with a passion for serving the consumers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across cross functional teams. You should be driven by data and insights, with a focus on delivering an ultimate consumer experience. Strong leadership, communication, are essential, with experience forming alliances and bringing together multiple partners to execute on a common mission.
We're looking for someone with 5-8 years of Product Management experience in the Supply chain domain and clearly demonstrates these skills:
Bachelor of Engineering in computer science or combination of relevant education / experience
Deep expertise in Blue Yonder Transportation Management System (TMS) Planning and Execution modules
Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize transportation planning workflows, including load planning, carrier selection, route optimization, and tendering
Experience with execution processes such as shipment tracking, exception management, freight audit and payment, and performance analytics
Ability to translate business requirements into TMS functional specifications and partner with technical teams for solution delivery
Familiarity with integration of Blue Yonder TMS with upstream and downstream supply chain systems (e.g., order management, warehouse management, ERP)
Strong understanding of industry best practices in transportation management, including cost control, service level optimization, and regulatory compliance
Experience leading cross-functional teams through Blue Yonder TMS implementations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives
Drive Blue Yonder TMS Planning and Execution Initiatives
Lead the design and rollout of Blue Yonder TMS Planning and Execution capabilities
Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful adoption and continuous improvement of TMS processes
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to transportation planning and execution
Champion best practices and innovation in transportation management leveraging Blue Yonder TM
Ability to work on multiple streams of work in parallel, proactively identify risks and dependencies and constantly keep stakeholders updated on progress
Crisp communication skills and ability to tailor communication based on the technical and functional prowess of the audience
Ability to break down and simplify complex processes and concepts and sketch them out and articulate them with ease
Experience with Agile tools, JIRA, Confluence, Splunk, figma/lucid chart, SQL is a plus
Great business acumen and communication skills
Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills
Validated ability to adapt to changing needs, processes, and ambiguity
Strong meeting and work session facilitation skills
Solid grasp on Design Thinking concepts and Solution design leadership
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As a Senior Product Manager for Supply Chain and Planning Technology – Transportation management systems, you will -
Lead and manage end to end enterprise roadmap
Lead the creation of an end-to-end product/platform vision and multi-year roadmap for a function in partnership with Engineering teams and the business
Partner with all stakeholders to understand Business needs, outcomes and value and ensure roadmaps are aligned to those needs
Ensure roadmaps account for and integrate dependencies across functional areas within Domains
Ensuring Tech Team roadmaps account for and integrate dependencies across functional areas within Domains
Define product and platform strategy
Partnering with all stakeholders to understand Business needs and goals and providing strategic advice on how to respond
Utilizing a "customer-centric" mindset in designing roadmaps and building products/platforms that both meet current and future enterprise needs
Developing product and platform strategies to ensure they deliver outsized value to Global Tech quickly and are built to be scalable and agile
Bringing best-in-class market and industry insights to platform and product strategy
Deliver value to the business via products & platforms while elevating product management maturity
Use a value framework to make product and platform decisions
Drive the execution steps of product management in accordance with the value framework
Drive adherence to all standard Product Management ways of working (e.g., process, artifacts, templates, collaboration models)
Track value delivered, product adoption, performance, and execution against the end-to-end roadmap and adjusting roadmaps as necessary
