Sr Professional, Brand Creative, Digital Social Creative
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a critical art/design member for the Digital Social Creative team. Deliver world-class creative executions against sport specific social storytelling platforms by developing high-impact, platform right campaigns against sport, sport moment and relevant cultural moment briefs. Focused on creation and development while executing against the look and feel of a sport category in partnership with Sr. Creative Director, Art Director, Lead Designers, Narrative, and Writers.
You are flexible, critical, fast thinking and an action-oriented team player.
KEY OUTCOMES
Executing with Platform in Mind – Execution across sport specific social platforms and emerging mediums for every project.
Collaborating with Sport Studio teammates – Foster relationships with specific sport studio to develop insightful connection points that speak to consumers at the appropriate pulse of specific sport.
Support studios with hands-on creative work – A hands-on attitude, leading with curiosity and focus on the design execution of the day-to-day projects. Ability to present and articulate creative concepts with clarity.
Attention to Detail – Stays laser focused on executional details to deliver best-in-class, social expressions.
Strong Creative Partner – Hands-on executional partner for the sport working in a collaborative manner to build upon each other’s work.

WHAT YOU BRING
•EDUCATION: Bachelor’s or higher degree in art & graphic design or another relevant field
•EXPERIENCE: 7+ years’ experience in creative industry, editorial, visual/graphic design or art direction. Experience of fashion, lifestyle & luxury brand relevant, either in agency or in-house is a plus.
•Ability to craft & present new ideas, comprehensive design concepts & executional work in a clear & concise way to small and large groups, including presenting to various internal and external audiences.
•Smooth partnership with external partners on execution: advertising agencies, design agencies, production partners including photographers, producers and project managers.
•A passion and understanding of sport and lifestyle culture in Greater China
•Demonstrates the knowledge of consumer behavior of the youth, current trends in color, technology, communications, experience, art and other design influences.
•Confident working with Adobe Creative Suite & Keynote
•Proficient in Chinese a must, and sufficient in everyday verbal & written English.
