Are you ready to play a key role in shaping Nike’s integrated retail marketplace in the UK&I and help inspire the next generation of consumers?

As a Senior Professional, Retail Brand Marketing, you’ll take ownership of delivering Nike’s brand presence across a diverse marketplace portfolio in the UK & Ireland, with London at the heart of the action. You’ll help bring Nike’s sport stories, seasonal concepts, and cultural moments to life, ensuring our brand shows up with distinction and impact across the marketplace.

You will help lead cross-functional workstreams, and influence partners to elevate execution. Your work will help strengthen Nike’s position in one of the world’s most dynamic and competitive retail environments.

Based in London, you’ll be a key contributor within the UK & Ireland Retail Brand Marketing team and wider Integrated Marketplace teams, where sport, culture and community intersect. You will report directly into the Retail Brand Marketing Manager.

Your Mission

  • Contribute to shaping the UK&I Integrated Marketplace marketing vision by supporting strategic planning and leading assigned key workstreams aligned to Nike’s priority sports and seasonal moments.
  • Drive excellence in partner positioning by ensuring Nike’s Brand Standards are consistently and powerfully represented across marketplace touchpoints.
  • Lead the planning and execution of seasonal initiatives, supporting innovation, athlete storytelling, and culturally relevant activations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, marketplace partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless delivery and alignment.
  • Stay deeply connected to the consumer and retail landscape, gathering insights and translating them into actionable recommendations for UK&I, EMEA, and Global teams.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture by mentoring junior teammates, sharing expertise, and elevating collective thinking.

Who You’ll Work With

You’ll work closely with the Integrated Retail Marketing team, collaborating with Sport Brand teams, retail and sales partners, and cross-functional brand teams. You’ll also partner with Comms, Sports Marketing, Energy Marketing, and Brand Creative to deliver cohesive and elevated marketplace plans.

You’ll maintain strong connections with the EMEA Integrated Retail Marketing team and occasionally support work with Global partners to ensure alignment and consistency across markets.

What you will bring

  • Solid experience in brand, retail, or marketing roles, with a track record of leading cross-functional projects and delivering high-quality execution.
  • Strong understanding of the UK&I consumer landscape and the ability to translate insights into meaningful marketplace actions.
  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Comfort working with data, insights, and cultural trends to inform decisions and refine marketing approaches.
  • A proactive, energetic, and curious mindset, always seeking ways to elevate Nike’s sport marketplace and contribute to future growth.
