Role Purpose
The Creative Operation is a senior professional role, You will be responsible for driving the creative and operational processes that bring Nike's storytelling to life across retail environments. This role spans seasonal, season-less retail and city experiences, pilot store development, and scalable retail concepts. You will work closely with global, regional, and cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless delivery of impactful consumer experiences in alignment with Nike's brand vision and business goals
Key Accountabilities
TIMELINE & PROCESS MANAGEMENT
- Anticipate, initiate, and enforce timelines and processes for retail storytelling and pilot/store scaling projects.
- Drive alignment with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution across seasonal, seasons-less, and scalable retail storytelling initiatives.
PROJECT LEADSHIP
- Lead project kick-offs by setting clear expectations and clarifying needs with stakeholders, including global teams and cross-functions.
- Manage workload, prioritize requests, and align with the inhouse Brand Creative & Production team to ensure deadlines are met and assets are delivered on time.
WORKFLOW ORGANIZATION
- Organize workflows by assigning responsibilities, preparing comprehensive timelines, and monitoring progress to achieve project milestones.
- Coordinate and align resources, timelines, and goals across retail concepts and pilot door projects. QUALITY ASSURANCE
- Ensure production output meets specifications for design, storytelling, and architectural elements in retail environments.
- Refine and optimize toolkits for scalability while maintaining Nike brand and creative standards.
EFFICIENCY IMPROVEMENT
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement standardized processes to enhance collaboration across disciplines and functions. - Suggest and execute improvements in operational models to optimize resource usage and increase efficiency.
