Responsible for developing and implementing firm wide strategy, provided based on specialized knowledge and best practices. Provides planning, support, research and advice to senior management in areas of communications, corporate and government affairs and strategic planning. Aligns objectives with human capital and financial resources. Translates business strategy to develop, implement, and maintain internal and external policies and programs to ensure that the firm is represented positively to the media, the general public, and stakeholders
Develops, plans, and manages implementation of projects and/or programs including planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality, and cost.
Typical Capabilities
Scope: Multiple teams, smaller projects/ programs, and/or mid-size external customers.
Complexity: Integrates and communicates moderately complex information, sometimes to audiences who are not familiar with the subject matter. Acts as a resource to teammates. Completes work independently with review at critical points; requires guidance only on complex issues.
Problem Solving: Independently utilizes knowledge, skills, and abilities to identify areas of opportunity, resolve complex problems & navigate solutions.
Knowledge & Skills: Senior professional role. Evaluates and selects the right course of action. Uses a variety of skills including but not limited to: sophisticated research, analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree required in the relevant or a related field, or any acceptable combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant or a related field.
