Converse Western Europe is looking for a Sr. Supervisor Integrated Retail Marketing JD group to join the Integrated Retail Marketplace team in London (UK).

As Sr. Supervisor Integrated Retail Marketing, you will be at the intersection of Brand and business and will be working across our key wholesale accounts, bringing to life elevated and innovative experiences for creators across all channels and platforms. 


This role will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders in the territory and across Western Europe, on top of being directly account-facing. You will be an integral part of the Brand Marketing team, reporting into the Converse Integrated Retail Marketing Director. Your ultimate objective will be to create demand through relevant cultural programs, deliver positive engagement with our product offense, and capture business growth among new and existing Converse consumers within the JD group ecosystem.


WHAT'S TRULY EXCITING ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY?

In this role you will be able to lead and execute some of the most exciting projects for the validate marketplace at the interception of Sport, Fashion, and Music. You will build end-to-end journeys - from planning to execution - for product stories, seasonal moments, and brand activations that include Converse’s roster of musicians, athletes, community, and talent.
 

The job is based in London (UK) & will report into the Integrated Retail Marketing Director WE based in EHQ (The Netherlands).


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Be the voice of the brand at JD group.  

  • Partner with the IRM Director to design, develop and execute Converse strategic plan in the long and mid-term, playing a strong role at every phase of the gameplan, identifying territory needs and opportunities and ensuring that Brand objectives are aligned with commercial objectives. 

  • Execute campaign with excellence, acting as the ultimate guardian of the Brand and ensuring that Brand guidelines are implemented in any account activity. Build relationships with third party agency partners, ensuring Converse works with the best in class, most creative and disruptive partners.

  • Design and deliver elevated product and brand journeys across channels, aligned with the overall Converse Western Europe strategy and Concept Map, and tailored to address creators’ needs and insights

  • Optimize the consumer's omnichannel experience, focusing on Key Trade zones and digital channels to ultimate driving conversion and sell-through.

  • Partner with the rest of the Brand Team (Brand Marketing, Brand Creative, Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Comms) to ensure consistency of plans and drive true omnichannel executions.

  • Ensure the success of campaigns by establishing a clear set of KPIs upfront and by optimizing plans during & after campaign periods.

  • Develop and maintain solid relationships with the JD team, based on reliability and mutual trust, fostering a one-team way of working and a win-win mindset. 

  • Own and manage budget, ensuring plans are executed within estimates, invoices are received and paid on time and within Nike's stewardship policy, and that updated budget is shared regularly with the Retail Brand Ops coordinator.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR: 

  • Connected to Youth Culture– Deep understanding and experience with the leaders of youth culture in UK and rest of Europe.

  • Experience in in retail marketing, digital marketing/social, or brand marketing/brand comms

  • Experience in managing brand and retail campaigns across digital and wholesales platforms executing end-to-end campaigns, from initial concept to final analysis. 

  • Passionate about youth culture, evidence of staying current with youth culture and trends. Showcase campaigns or initiatives that successfully engaged 16–34-year-old demographics.

  • Experience in sourcing and leading relationships with agencies and external suppliers.

  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile culture—someone who embraces and leads through change and ambiguity.
