WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The role reports to the Manager, Sports Channels Singapore and partners closely with cross-functional teams across planning, marketing, finance, and operations. The team drives marketplace growth through focused execution, strong partner management, and consumer-led strategies. Together, they shape how Nike shows up in a dynamic, multi-brand retail environment.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for someone who leads with curiosity and act with intent. This individual is a strategic thinker who sees the full marketplace and turns insight into action—connecting data, product, and people to unlock growth. They bring strong account management discipline, thrive in fast-paced environments, and communicate with clarity and confidence.
They build trust with partners, influence across teams, and stay close to the consumer—continuously pushing for better, faster, and smarter ways to win.
5–6 years of experience in field sales, merchandising, or sales business analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end business solutions across a multi-brand retail landscape.
Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting, planning, and translating data into actionable business strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As a Senior Sales Representative (Account Manager), you will shape how Nike shows up in the marketplace—driving growth, strengthening partnerships, and delivering the right product at the right time. You will connect strategy to execution and turn plans into measurable results.
Build and execute account-specific business plans to deliver revenue growth and achieve financial targets.
Lead seasonal assortment planning, forecasting, and scenario planning to optimize product flow.
Identify new business opportunities and drive initiatives that unlock incremental growth.
Partner cross-functionally with planning, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure aligned execution.
Analyze business performance and translate insights into clear, actionable strategies.
Drive and scale retail excellence across partner accounts by leveraging best-in-class practices.
