WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As a Senior Sourcing Analyst you will be part of the Consumer Field of Play Sourcing Team, reporting to the Men's CFoP Director. You will work day-to-day with the Triad Team (Design, Product Management, Product Ops, Margin Planning and Tech Design) in the designated Field of Play. You will work across the Sourcing Functions of Long-Range Sourcing to Seasonal Sourcing Capacity Management.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As a Senior Sourcing Analyst, we’re looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial person to manage sourcing and cost planning activities with the ability to focus on process improvements. The ideal candidate will provide a proactive approach to bring multiple stakeholders together and thrives in a cross-functional environment. This role is perfect for a teammate with product creation and manufacturing experience with exceptional communication skills. Having the ability to influence, collaborate, and create consensus is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience in Sourcing, Planning, Operations Management, Product Creation or Manufacturing
- Strategic thinking and enterprise mindset
- Ability to lead and influence without direct authority
- Ability to maintain a high level of integrity, remain effective in an environment of ambiguity, and have strong attention to details
- Highly collaborative with proven ability to work with various stakeholders, both internal and external, with multiple competing priorities to create a shared vision
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will be responsible for designated FOP working with the triad to build the appropriate source strategy and ensure you execute to that strategy. You will drive profitability by defining the style level targets, working with Finance to understand the FOP targets.
- Creating and executing the FOP sourcing strategy
- Managing the cost planning process to ensure profitability
- Provides project support on seasonal initiatives
- Contributes to best practices in processes and operating models
- Understand global sourcing process from strategic sourcing to seasonal execution
- Be on point or as project lead for certain process enhancements related to GC responsive
