WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll report to the Director of Go To Market Korea and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Nike Direct Stores, Nike Digital, Merchandising, Demand and Supply Management (DSM), Marketing, Finance, and Marketplace Supply Chain (MSC) in Korea. You’ll also partner with teams across Asia Pacific & Latin America (APLA) to deliver seamless, end-to-end service to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking a strategic operator with a strong foundation in business operations and technology. You bring 3–5 years of experience driving operational excellence or managing sales tools, and you’re known for your ability to streamline processes and elevate team productivity. You thrive in collaborative environments, influence with purpose, and negotiate effectively to align stakeholders and drive impact.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field of study
- 3–5 years of experience in operational excellence or sales tool management preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, browser-based web applications, and other PC-based tools
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both English and Korean, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As a Go To Market Excellence Specialist, you’ll lead enhancements to the Nike.net platform - our one-stop-shop hub—and other digital tools that bring our strategy to life.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure Nike.net remains a reliable, fully functional sell-in tool and central hub for partners
- Lead the implementation of new processes and tools that support internal teams and external partners
- Deliver strategic content and product information through digital platforms, grounded in Nike’s sport offense
- Act as the local Nike.net expert, providing training and support to internal and external users
- Consult with users to maximize tool adoption and business impact
- Drive improvements to existing capabilities that boost efficiency, competitiveness, and innovation
- Create personalized, partner-focused digital experiences that elevate the end-to-end sell-in journey
- Enhance user navigation and content personalization to improve engagement
- Lead Nike.net campaigns (At-Once campaigns) to capture incremental market demand
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities and drive execution
