WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will join the Central Territory Brand Marketing Team, reporting to the Senior Supervisor, Brand Marketing Running & Training, Nordics. Based in Stockholm, you and your manager will work alongside EMEA Running & Training Brand Marketing teammates in our Amsterdam and Berlin offices. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key partners in Copenhagen and Stockholm.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We seek a motivated and enthusiastic brand marketeer with a passion for running and training. You are a positive and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating innovative thinking, a growth mindset, and unwavering commitment to executional excellence.
A successful candidate brings:
- experience in marketing in a corporate environment, ideally brand marketing, with hands on experience supporting or driving marketing campaigns from planning to execution.
- Proven project management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance creative and operational tasks.
- Passion for sport, particular in running and training, with a deep understanding of its athletes and communities, their motivations and challenges and the broader culture
- Consumer Insight & Activation: A deep understanding of our key consumer in the Nordics within running & training, and the proven ability to gather and apply consumer insights to build strong brand plans.
- Adaptability: Skills demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust quickly to changing business needs and feedback in a dynamic environment.
- Innovation & Growth Mindset: a continuous learner who explores new marketing approaches, tests and improves engagement and drives overall campaign success.
- A flexible and proactive team player, comfortable working in fast-moving, evolving environments.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As Nordics Specialist I, your role will span the running and training field of play, working on key territory-based projects and amplifying Geo-led seasonal stories. Key areas you will be working on include:
- Planning and executing marketing campaigns for the Nordics across Running and Training, with a priority on running.
- Collaborating with the EMEA team to amplify key innovation launches and sport/consumer moments (such as CPH Marathon & CPH Half Marathon).
- Partnership Cultivation: Identifying and managing relationships with people and organizations that align with our brand values and can bring our field of play strategies to life. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, marketplace partners, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
- Consumer Insights: Gathering and applying consumer insights that enhance our brand plans, helping us better serve our consumers within the Nordics.
- Supporting cross-functional collaboration and contributing to a positive team culture.
