Position Summary

As part of the Region Retail Marketing team, you will help bring Nike's athlete-first vision to life by building meaningful connections with athletes and members through retail experiences, community engagement, and sport-focused activations.

You will support the execution of seasonal retail marketing initiatives, athlete education programs, and community activities across assigned cities and sports categories.

Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement

  • Support running, fitness and basketball community programs within assigned cities.
  • Execute athlete and member experiences that connect consumers to sport.
  • Assist store teams in building and growing local sport communities.

Retail Marketing Execution

  • Support implementation of seasonal retail marketing initiatives across stores.
  • Execute EKIN activations and athlete education programs.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of retail marketing tools and consumer experiences.

Store Enablement

  • Deliver training materials and marketing assets to frontline teams.
  • Coordinate with store teams to ensure effective execution.
  • Gather consumer and store feedback to improve future initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with EKIN, Marketplace and Store Operations teams.
  • Support execution of regional sport priorities.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Retail Marketing, Community Marketing, Sports Marketing or related fields.
  • Retail, sports, lifestyle or youth culture experience preferred.

Skills

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and working-level English.
  • Strong execution and project management capabilities.

Passion

  • Passionate about sports, youth culture and community building.
  • Willing to work closely with frontline retail teams and consumers.
