Deliver Result
-Responsible for future/FOP sell In & in-season sell thru result
Product Management
-Drive effective product & assortment pitchback
-Deliver high quality assortment adoption
-Power franchise portfolio management
In-season Management
-Partner with MPO to ensure product ops efficiency (Allocation, LIFI, Markdown Cadence)
-Pitchback for Gel prop delivery.
-Work with MFP to ensure Sales Programs delivery (Rebate RTV, CXL)
Catalyze The Marketplace
-Lead the joint effort for Top Doors Attack (door open, assortment, allocation )
GTM Process
- Work with PGTM, MFP, Store Merch to improve Partner GTM process
Account Management
-Help partner to build capability to grow with NIKE
-Understand the marketplace thru precise regular dashboard and specific reporting.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
-Delivery financial result (OTB, Rev, Comp, MOS)
-In-season mgmt. to minimize potential risks and maximize biz opportunities.
-Improve Product Efficiency.
