WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role works within Nike Digital Korea, partnering closely with cross-functional teams including Digital Commerce, Digital Marketing, Planning, and Operations. The position reports to the Manager, Consumer Moments & Membership and collaborates across teams to drive seasonal consumer momentum and elevate the digital flagship experience.
 
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate is a digitally savvy professional with strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a passion for driving consumer engagement. This role requires the ability to connect strategy with execution, managing seasonal campaigns while adapting quickly to market and business needs. The candidate should be highly organized, data-informed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
 
You demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholders toward a shared goal. You bring a solid understanding of digital commerce and membership ecosystems, with a focus on enhancing consumer journeys and retention. Agility and a proactive mindset are essential to respond to evolving marketplace dynamics and business priorities.

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or membership-related roles
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with membership programs, engagement strategy, or retention initiatives
  • Solid understanding of digital platforms, consumer behavior, and market trends

 
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will lead and execute seasonal consumer momentum initiatives across Nike’s owned digital platforms, ensuring seamless integration across teams and delivering engaging consumer experiences that strengthen membership and brand connection. You will:

  • Design and deliver end-to-end digital consumer journeys across multiple touchpoints to drive engagement and conversion
  • Manage campaigns from planning through execution and post-campaign analysis in partnership with cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with Digital Commerce, Marketing, and Planning teams to ensure cohesive and aligned campaign execution
  • Monitor market trends and industry best practices to continuously refine and enhance campaign strategies
  • Track membership performance metrics and develop actionable insights to improve engagement and retention
