In order to stay at the top of our game, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Head Coach, Selling & Service who can help provide the kind of above-and-beyond service that inspires Nike fans for life!

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You’ll work in partnership with our Head Coach, to keep our store’s Selling & Service functions running seamlessly. In addition, you will create an environment in which your employees can excel personally and professionally. Reporting to the Head Coach, you will:

• Drive a service culture that brings the Nike brand to life
• Provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the team
• Assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential
• Care about the team and, most importantly, have fun!

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Your passion for the Nike brand
• Your experience leading a large team in retail, with experience across stock management, logistics, rostering, development, and coaching
• Your ability to build, lead and manage large, high-performing teams
• Your strong strategic, problem solving, and influencing skills
• Your ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Your strong written and verbal communication skills
• Your computer proficiency

You will work with a dedicated and committed team of Athletes, Coaches and Senior Leaders who strive to provide a customer experience second to none!
