We are thrilled to announce the opening of our brand-new Nike store in Liverpool later this year, and we are looking for a Coach – Team and Culture (Department Manager).

Reporting into the Assistant Head Coach (Assistant Store Manager) you will:
- Drive a service culture and create an in-store culture that brings the Nike brand to life
- Ensure payroll compliance, create rosters and zone charts, adhere to cash management standards, forecasting and onboarding of our new team members.
- Assist the store to achieve financial objectives
- Lead, Coach, Drive and Inspire the team
- Operational excellence: including Facilities Management, HR and Loss Prevention programs, and managing break room communications

02 İşe Alım Uzmanıyla Görüşme veya Değerlendirmeden Geçme
Kurumsal bir pozisyona seçilirsen bir işe alım uzmanı mülakat için seninle iletişime geçer. Bu kişi, süreç boyunca iletişime geçmen gereken ilk kişidir. Retail rolleri için bir görüşmeden ve farklı testlerden oluşan etkileşimli bir değerlendirmeden geçersin. Bu değerlendirme yaklaşık 10-20 dakika sürer. Başvurduğun pozisyondan bağımsız olarak, bu süreçte seni daha iyi tanımak istiyoruz. Bu nedenle, nasıl birinci sınıf hizmet sunacağını ve seni benzersiz kılan özelliklerini çekinmeden bize anlatmanı bekliyoruz.
03 Mülakat
Mülakata hazırlıklı gelmelisin. Bu aşamada araştırma yapmanı, beklentilerimizi anlamanı ve arka planın da dahil olmak üzere senin hakkında daha fazla bilgi edinmek için sorabileceğimiz sorulara hazır olmanı bekliyoruz.
