Lead Engineer - Nike Inc.- Beaverton, OR. Develop, codes/configure, test programs/systems and solutions problem in order to meet designed digital product specification and direction. Technical development of digital product(s) that meets the consumer needs as defined by product managers and aligns with architectural standards. Review, analyze, and modify programming systems, including coding, testing, debugging, and installing for a small- to midscale systems. Provide leadership to the squad and work team, delivery a vision for work requirements for the quarter. Design the scope of sprints within the quarter. Commit to deliverables with customers and or management. Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend best practices. Solve complex problems, take a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions. Work independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations. Lead functional teams or large, cross-functional projects. Explain difficult concepts and influence others to adopt a different point of view. Make decisions guided by policies in non-standard situations. Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project or service objectives. Manage projects or programs with moderate resource requirements, risk and/or complexity. Monitor and control costs of own work and may manage budgets for moderate-sized projects or programs and perform work in support of brand plans. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Computer Engineering and 5 years of progressive postbaccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Engineering-related occupation. Experience must include:
