You’ll partner with the Coach – Operational Excellence to lead a designated zone in the store, achieving sales and customer service. This position is a split between office (rostering, payroll) and cash wrap (serving consumers on registers)
Reporting into the Coach, you will:
•Lead your team to ensure we deliver a premium in-store experience to our consumers
•Coach your team and provide leadership, people development and feedback to elevate the team
•Drive: assist the team to achieve targets and KPIs by unlocking their potential
• Inspire: care about the team and, most importantly, have fun!
WHAT YOU BRING:
•A passion for the Nike brand and desire to grow your leadership career
•1-2 years retail leadership experience within stockroom management, stock planning, facility management or similar
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Sound computer proficiency
•A natural sense of urgency

02 İşe Alım Uzmanıyla Görüşme veya Değerlendirmeden Geçme
Kurumsal bir pozisyona seçilirsen bir işe alım uzmanı mülakat için seninle iletişime geçer. Bu kişi, süreç boyunca iletişime geçmen gereken ilk kişidir. Retail rolleri için bir görüşmeden ve farklı testlerden oluşan etkileşimli bir değerlendirmeden geçersin. Bu değerlendirme yaklaşık 10-20 dakika sürer. Başvurduğun pozisyondan bağımsız olarak, bu süreçte seni daha iyi tanımak istiyoruz. Bu nedenle, nasıl birinci sınıf hizmet sunacağını ve seni benzersiz kılan özelliklerini çekinmeden bize anlatmanı bekliyoruz.

Mülakata hazırlıklı gelmelisin. Bu aşamada araştırma yapmanı, beklentilerimizi anlamanı ve arka planın da dahil olmak üzere senin hakkında daha fazla bilgi edinmek için sorabileceğimiz sorulara hazır olmanı bekliyoruz.
