The Jordan Direct team partners to implement the vision and strategy across digital platforms, inline and value stores to bring consumer concepts, products, content & storytelling to life and to support Geo commercial execution. We work closely with our partners across Nike Direct to develop & prioritize scaled capabilities to power consumer journeys.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a GM, Jordan Direct GC who will be responsible for Jordan Direct business across digital platforms, inline and value stores, and deliver the financial result.

This role will act as a thought partner in strategic conversations with internal and external partners, and manage a portfolio of concrete business initiatives and relationships.

The candidate needs to have a passion for, and strong understanding of the digital platforms and stores. We will also be looking for an individual with a flair for building momentum and aligning multiple constituencies within large organizations. We also need someone who is capable of defining and communicating a clear vision, and marshaling resources.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

If this is you, you will refine and communicate the Direct strategic vision and roadmap for the Jordan Brand. You will be responsible for delivering the financial result for Jordan Direct business. You will proactively manage Jordan’s representation and influence in key strategic and capability planning meetings. You will connect and align the global Jordan vision with our geo Direct vision, and drive cross-functional business initiatives, end-to-end, from strategic vision through operations.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
  • 8 years of relevant experience in strategy and business management
  • Strong motivation and capability to deliver the financial result.
  • Enthusiasm for identifying emerging trends in the digital and retail world and leading innovations.
  • Strong leadership presence and communication skills.
  • Experience managing complex initiatives from start to finish.
  • Outstanding networking, relationship-building, and partner management skills.
  • Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and consensus-building skills, with the ability to communicate and achieve results.
