Nike Global Tech GC team is looking for a dynamic and proactive candidate to lead local solution management who building and maintaining relationships with GC consumer & marketplace team mainly, ensuring continual & high level tech contribution by identifying opportunities, raising & aligning proposals , delivering projects and optimizing existing solutions.
You will ensure your success in delivering exceptional service with technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills as well as ensuring stakeholders with suitable capacity and services.
The ideal candidate must be customer-driven and tech-savvy, with proven problem-solving abilities as well as retail & wholesale knowledge (2B & 2C) in footwear & apparel industry special at Great China market (Mainland China , HK & TW) , and eager to join a dynamic, agile and fast-growing environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above, software engineering / computer science .
5+ years of business analysis /technical product / program management experience , directly with software engineering teams (internal / external ) . Rich experience in converting business requirements into technical design documents .
5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, change , along with risk and critical path management experience , both waterfall & Agile model
Familiar with mainstream Cloud stack AWS/Azure/Alicloud…. , Spring Framework, DB (SQL/Non-SQL)…
Familiar with ITIL, strong ownership of overall service level
Excellent communication skills, presentation skills , ability to work in a customer-focused and target-driven environment
Excellent command of verbal and written communication in both English and Mandarin
Relevant knowledge from planning to operation of retail company will be a plus
Sport MNC work experience will be a plus
