Facilitates the sale of products/services in various retail environments by ensuring products are in stock and displayed accordingly, interacting with customers and answering questions, or operating equipment to complete transactions.

Responsible for in-store operations including direct sales and service to consumers, product flow and stock replenishment, maintaining the appearance of sales floor, or managing the employees who perform these functions.



Typical Capabilities
Scope: Supports team and/or small to mid-size external customers
Complexity: Works within established procedures, with a moderate degree of supervision.
Problem Solving: Recognizes and solves problems that occur in own work. Evaluates and selects solutions from established procedures.
Knowledge & Skills: Has developed knowledge and skills gained through formal training, prior work experience, or on-the-job work experience to perform day-to-day activities.
