Job Accountabilities:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Energy Planner to architect and drive our integrated energy portfolio strategy, and end to end seasonal plan. Be responsible for developing channel-specific investment plans, reconciling supply-demand forecasts with financial targets, and ensuring alignment with future product strategy. The role requests a planner who can synthesize complex market signals and align cross-functional stakeholders to deliver actionable pre-season to in-season plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and align seasonal energy investmentstrategy, including overall and channel-specific product investment and allocation plans.
- Reconcile the topline financial targets with investment plans, product portfolio strategy, and commercial/brand support requirements.
- Lead the integrated planning and investment review process for the energy portfolio. Align with key stakeholders (General Manager, SSD,SBD, Merchandising…) to build and lock the seasonal investment and operational plan.
- Read insights from the energy market and the broader marketplace to identify risks and opportunities.
- Align actions plans with cross function to ensure marketplace health
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business, finance or Data Analytics.
- 5+ years in merchandising, assortment planning, retail planning.
- Experience in multi-channel retail (e-commerce, brick-and-mortar, wholesale).
- Strong business/ retail industry acument (weeks of supply, sell-through analysis).
- Strong Nike product knowledge
- Fluent in English & Mandarin (spoken & written)
- Advanced knowledge of MS office applications (Excel and PPT)
