WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role sits at the centre of Nike Pacific Marketing, reporting to the Senior Director, Brand Marketing Pacific and leading the Brand Creative function. You’ll manage agency partners and work shoulder‑to‑shoulder with Brand, Digital, Retail, Media, Sports Marketing and Communications teams across Pacific, Asia Pacific and Latin America (APLA) and Global. The Senior Manager, Brand Creative will also manage a Lead, Brand Creative – Experience and Retail.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Brand Creative with the ambition to shape the future of creative in Pacific. This leader brings sharp creative judgement, a deep understanding of youth culture and a relentless focus on the consumer. They are a champion of brand standards, with the confidence to lead across retail, experience, narrative art direction, production and agency management. They know how to extend global ideas with local relevance and aren’t afraid to push the work forward - always with craft, curiosity and courage.
This role demands a contemporary understanding of social storytelling, with proven experience building high‑performing content for TikTok. The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with hands‑on creative leadership, inspires teams through clear direction and collaboration, and balances bold ideas with commercial rigour. A passion for sport, culture and design is essential.
Minimum 7 years’ experience in creative strategy and graphic design.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership across multiple creative disciplines.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% for production and experience activation.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will lead brand creativity across Nike Pacific, setting the tone and direction for how the brand shows up across every consumer touchpoint. You’ll guide ideas from insight to execution, ensuring every expression is unmistakably Nike.
Direct creative strategy and execution for priority brand concepts across Pacific.
Lead end‑to‑end creative processes, from briefing through reviews and final delivery.
Extend global brand platforms with locally resonant ideas and experiences.
Apply creative leadership to social storytelling, with a priority focus on TikTok and @nikeaustralia.
Partner cross‑functionally with Brand, Digital, Retail, Media, Sports Marketing and Communications.
Manage agency relationships, production planning and creative budgets to maximise impact and return.
Present work to senior leadership, inspiring alignment, momentum and belief in the ideas.
