ICON.SH is Nike’s new in-house production studio in Greater China (GC Marketing). Combining world-class expertise with cutting-edge capabilities, we deliver premium, “China-right” creative content at speed and scale. More importantly, we are the guardians of Nike’s brand standards, ensuring every piece of work reflects the quality, innovation, and authenticity Nike is known for worldwide.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking a strategic, collaborative, and results-driven professional to establish and oversee our Studio Integration function. This person will act as a key partner and facilitator between ICON.SH and Nike stakeholders, ensuring that creative visions are translated into actionable workflows and delivered to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of partner and project management within premium production environments, alongside expertise in studio operations. They will excel at creating clarity, streamlining workflows, and aligning multiple teams toward shared goals. Above all, they will be a solutions-driven expert with a passion for empowering creative excellence through operational precision.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
In this role, you will:
Facilitate Alignment: Act as the primary bridge between ICON.SH and Nike stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication, clarity of expectations, and alignment on timelines and deliverables.
Translate Creative Briefs: Partner with production, creative, and post-production teams to turn creative concepts into actionable plans, driving efficiency without compromising quality.
Strategize and Streamline: Develop and implement best practices, workflows, and SOPs to optimize project intake, execution, and delivery.
Drive Operational Excellence: Partner closely with digital development and operations teams to onboard tools and capabilities that digitize and enhance studio workflows.
Empower Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that ICON.SH’s operational excellence supports and enhances Nike’s creative ambitions.
Champion Efficiency: Conduct deep-dive analyses on workflow improvements, creating strategies to maximize productivity while maintaining premium standards.
Proactively Problem-Solve: Identify and address roadblocks, ensuring ICON.SH delivers against the ambitious goals set for creative production.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will collaborate closely with ICON.SH leadership across Production, Post-Production, Creative, Operations, and Business Planning.
Your role will involve consistent alignment with Nike’s Marketing, Marketplace, Business Affairs, Legal, Finance, and Technology teams.
Externally, you’ll partner with production vendors, casting teams, and post-production providers.
WHAT YOU BRING
6+ years of experience in cross functional management, studio operations, or project management, preferably within a premium brand, production house, or creative agency.
A proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results in high-pressure, high-visibility environments.
Expertise in process design, workflow optimization, and tools implementation to drive operational excellence.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure alignment and clarity with internal and external stakeholders.
Fluency in English and Mandarin.
A passion for sport and an entrepreneurial spirit to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
