WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role reports to the Director, Go To Market (GTM) Korea, and works cross-functionally with Sales, Nike Direct Stores, Nike Digital, Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Finance, and Marketplace Supply Chain (MSC) teams in Korea. The role also partners closely with Asia Pacific & Latin America (APLA) stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class sell-in experience across physical and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate brings strong operational excellence, planning, and commercial acumen to enable effective Go-To-Market execution. This person is highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and confident in influencing across functions and levels. They are comfortable navigating complexity, leading conversations, and driving alignment to deliver seasonal priorities and innovation with impact.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operational excellence, planning, or sales
  • Strong proficiency with browser-based web applications and PC-based tools
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability to deliver assigned work
  • Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As a GTM Excellence Senior Specialist, you will help set GTM strategies and enable best-in-class sell-in experiences that bring seasonal priorities and innovation to life for Sport Offense. You will operate at the intersection of planning, execution, and digital enablement to ensure seamless showroom and partner experiences.

  • Set plans to deliver seasonal priorities and innovation efficiently to internal and external partners through showroom execution
  • Enhance the showroom journey by managing physical samples, executing showroom set-ups, and maximizing digital tools
  • Track sample coverage, document gaps, and report missing items to Geo Showroom and Samples leads
  • Drive operational excellence for key GTM meetings, including Seasonal Kick-Off, Pre-Seasonal Partner Alignment, and Seasonal Partner Alignment
  • Maximize digital tools and content to deliver seasonal priorities more impactfully, including FW wall constructs and 'Keep It Tight' initiatives
  • Analyze awareness, usage, and impact of digital tools and content to identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Develop and maintain assessments of showroom needs and required investments to support Sales and Nike Direct sell-in moments
  • Personalize digital tools and content for products without physical samples during SPA (Seasonal Partner Alignment)
