WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

This role requires close collaboration with key stakeholders across multiple functions including: Market Place partners, Consumer Construct teams Running & Training, Brand Creative, Sales teams,  Sports Marketing and city teams. And you will of course build strong relationships with key partners and agencies in EMEA – a collection of the faces & organisations that we believe best represent our brand.

  • First years of relevant experience in marketing. 

  • Commitment to executional excellence, with strong planning and detail-oriented skills.

  • Demonstrable understanding of the consumer.

  • Experience in campaign management, with a track record of supporting teams in successful end-to-end execution.

  • A proven track record of translating consumer insights into a brand activation.

  • A desire & willingness to adapt in an agile fashion to our consumers’ and organisation’s needs to deepen our relationships  

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As Specialist II Partner Marketing Training & Running , EMEA, you will be a part of the Marketing Team, reporting directly to the Manager Partner Marketing Running & Training.
This role will be responsible for supporting our Training & Running Field of Play point of view, including: 

  • Support & execute Nike’s Running & Training stories and marketing campaigns in the partner ecosystem in EMEA to inspire the next generation.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including, Nike teams, Market place partners angies and vendors.

  • Act as a key Liaison between intergrated marketing teams to ensure alignment & collaboration

  • You navigate multiple priorities with agility, shifting focus as needed based on brand and business objectives. 

  • Gather & analyze consumer insights to enhance service to consumers and provide valuable feedback to partners
